INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP I.C.U.: Encourage Leadership Readiness – Develop Leadership Mastery
Great leaders aren’t born, they are developed. You’ve hired the best. You want to retain them and help them exceed their potential. We all know that employees don’t leave because of their jobs, they leave because of the leadership.
What if there were a way to help leaders understand and engage diverse communication styles? What if there were a way for your people to feel seen, heard, and valued.
Robyn’s I.C.U Framework of workplace needs enhances participants’ ability to listen, lead and communicate. They will learn how to consistently engage and persuade direct reports, prospects, and clients with Robyn’s powerful strategies and research-backed insights.
OWNING IT!: From Invisible to Invaluable
Getting the best out of your best is the key to a successful organization. However, some of the most talented, and skilled individuals don’t feel empowered to speak up & and share their value. No matter how incredibly skilled you are, if you don’t speak up; your managers mis-read you and your colleagues don’t collaborate; recognition, advancement and job security may elude you.
This highly interactive and motivational keynote helps participants learn to own and assert their expertise, engage diverse communication styles, improve executive presence and become invaluable contributors to the workplace. Participants discover how to influence how they are perceived so that they can achieve more.
TAME THE NOTORIOUS N.B.G: Personal Branding & Executive Presence
Challenges are inevitable. But focusing on negative experiences causes undue stress and hampers performance and personal effectiveness. Scientists call this phenomenon, negativity bias. Robyn calls it The Notorious N.B.G (Negativity Bias Glitch).
In this motivating, inspiring keynote, participants learn techniques to deal with The Notorious N.B.G. and its cousin The Insidious Imposter Syndrome by developing a Personal Brand and learning to share it with confidence.
AS YOUR WORKPLACE TURNS: Turning Workplace Drama into Clear Communication, Stronger Collaboration & Better Results
Soap Operas are full of plot twists that never get resolved. Great organizations can't afford that.
Every great TV show runs on something called a Show Bible - the behind-the scenes guide to characters, storylines, and emotional arcs.
Your workplace has one too. You just may not have read it.
That unspoken script - the beliefs, behaviors, histories, and habits that shape how people show up, communicate, and collaborate - is running your culture whether you're aware of it or not. And when no one's paying attention to it, the drama writes itself:
- High performers who struggle to connect
- Misread messages that spiral into unnecessary tension
- Team members who feel like they're in the wrong show entirely
- Managers going off-script trying to juggle coaching, conflict, and team dynamics
In this high-energy, entertaining session, former TV drama writer turned communication expert, Robyn Hatcher, shows your audience how to read, understand, and intentionally reshape their Show Bible so leaders can reduce drama, increase connection, and create a culture worth tuning into.
Audiences get a fun behind-the-scenes look at the world of soap writing, meet the Drama Drivers (the characters who show up in every workplace), and learn how to rewrite the script so even the "villains" become valuable cast members.
Using her signature EDIT Framework™, Robyn gives audiences tools they'll actually use:
- Examine the situation objectively
- Decode communication styles and emotion triggers
- Investigate Intention vs. Impact
- Translate communication into language that lands
Walk away knowing how to:
- Spot the plot twists brewing in your team and redirect them before they become season-long storylines
- Step into the director's chair when conflict hits, instead of getting pulled into the drama
- Speak every character's language, across personality types, departments, and communication styles
- Build a workplace culture with the kind of chemistry that keeps people tuned in
It's a fresh, fun-filled approach to emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and communication with storytelling that sticks and takeaways your team will walk out using.
Ready to give your audience the communication rewrite they didn't know they needed? Book Robyn for your next event and watch your workplace drama become your greatest collaboration story yet.
