Biography
Jason P. Armstrong is a retired police chief and nationally recognized leader with over two decades of experience driving organizational transformation in high-stakes environments. Known for his award-winning approach to leadership and community engagement, Jason has built a career helping organizations address some of their most pressing challenges: breaking down silos, strengthening trust, aligning culture with strategy, and preparing leaders to deliver measurable results.
He gained national recognition when appointed Police Chief in Ferguson, Missouri, five years after the police killing of Michael Brown Jr., where he led reform efforts to repair community trust in one of the most scrutinized cities in America.
